Hector Parga is a California Registered Architect and founder of Parga Architecture Studio with more than 15 years of experience leading complex architectural projects across healthcare, institutional, commercial, mixed-use, residential, and adaptive reuse sectors. His work is defined by a disciplined balance of design intelligence, technical execution, and strategic project leadership.
Throughout his career, Hector has directed multidisciplinary teams on highly coordinated developments ranging from occupied healthcare renovations and mission-critical facilities to large-scale commercial and mixed-use environments. His background includes senior project leadership roles several large industry-leading firms, where he managed complex entitlement, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration efforts throughout California and the broader US.
Hector approaches architecture as both a technical discipline and a problem-solving framework. His methodology prioritizes clarity, constructability, operational performance, and long-term value, with particular emphasis on navigating complexity without compromising design integrity. Known for direct communication and rigorous coordination, he brings a leadership style grounded in accountability, precision, and decisive execution.
As President of Parga Architecture Studio, Hector oversees projects from early planning through construction completion, ensuring each engagement is approached with analytical rigor, responsive service, and a clear understanding of client objectives.
