PAS developed the architectural design for this custom residence in Santa Ana, exploring alternative design directions as part of the process. The project is now under construction.

PAS served as Architect of Record for Sanctuary Spa and completed the construction documents for the proposed interior project.


The client subsequently cancelled the project before construction. The rendering illustrates the proposed interior.

PAS has been awarded a nightclub tenant improvement within a historic downtown building. The planned scope includes guest areas, bar and seating areas, and supporting spaces, with architectural services and coordination across the consultant team.


The project will address the relationship between the proposed venue, the existing building, and the requirements for its intended use.

PAS has been awarded architectural services for an Indian restaurant tenant improvement in an existing restaurant space of 3,700 square feet.


The planned work includes architectural design and documentation, with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultant coordination to support the restaurant’s proposed layout and operational needs.

Experience Behind the Practice

 PAS founder Hector Parga’s professional background includes healthcare, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects. His previous roles as project architect and project manager included complex renovations, phased work in occupied facilities, and multidisciplinary coordination. This experience was gained at previous firms and informs his leadership at PAS.
