Parga Architecture Studio is a Yorba Linda-based architecture practice serving clients throughout Southern California. Founded by Hector Parga, PAS brings a personal approach to commercial, healthcare, institutional, and residential projects.

We believe the first responsibility of an architect is to understand the people behind the project: what they need, what they value, and what they want to accomplish. That understanding gives the design its direction.

Hector Parga, RA | Founder & Principal

Hector Parga is a licensed architect whose professional experience spans healthcare, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects. His background includes project architect and project manager roles on complex renovations and phased work in occupied facilities.

Through that work, Hector has developed an approach that connects architectural design with technical coordination and the realities of construction. He understands the importance of resolving details, communicating decisions, and accounting for the people who continue to use a building while it changes.

At PAS, Hector provides direct principal involvement, guiding the architectural approach, coordinating the project team, and reviewing the work as it develops. Clients work directly with the person responsible for leading the practice. His experience includes work completed at previous firms and informs the design, coordination, and technical approach he brings to PAS.
